Elizabeth attained a B.A. in History from Yale University & graduated summa cum laude from Sarasota’s gifted program, Pine View. She has been affiliated in management & sales positions in industry leaders in New York City, Chicago and Sarasota. With the additional experience of attaining her Broker’s license including extensive post-licensing investment accreditation, she is pleased to afford her clients the flexibility to meet their individual real estate objectives as the Managing Broker-Owner of Sarasota Brokerage, LLC.

Having grown up on one of the barrier keys in Sarasota since 1974, Elizabeth uniquely combines an intimate familiarity of the local community with educational and professional training on a national level. As a Broker with over $425 million dollars in residential and commercial real estate listings and sales since 2002, her focus is exclusively on achieving her client’s real estate objectives. Elizabeth’s efforts have included marketing all types of properties on the keys and in the various historic neighborhoods in, and around the downtown area as well as newer planned unit developments and “golf-centric” communities. In this transitional market, Elizabeth has also managed many short sales, bank owned properties, 1031 exchanges, and creatively financed transactions. She is formally trained & certified in REO/Bank Owned Asset management & sales. Additionally, her expertise includes identifying, negotiating, and performing due diligence on large scale waterfront and/or downtown multifamily sites for acquisition and development as well as launching & managing sales efforts for new construction projects including a 38 Million dollar beachfront project on Longboat Key.
